Organisation development 
   A corporate wide development programme in a commercial sector organisation designed to support the company throughout a period of significant change. Integrated assignments included consultancy support and delivery of leadership development programmes for executive, operational and service teams, team development for the executive team and customer service training for service delivery personnel.

Executive Leadership
  A series of development programmes based on our ‘EQ Executive Leadership’ approach have been delivered for senior management delegates in combined commercial/public sector client groups. The programmes were linked with an option to complete an NVQ5 Management qualification. Out of a total of 44 delegates, 22 achieved NVQ5 Strategic Management Awards.

Team research
  A research assignment provided for a public sector client into the influence of self directed teamwork on service management and provision.

Investors in People
  Design and implementation of a development programme for company directors and senior managers in the commercial sector to lead the company towards achievement of the ‘Investors in People’ Award.
 Team Development
Team development programmes have been carried out for a wide range of public and commercial sector clients. Key outcomes achieved have included: clearer organisational vision, more effective relationships between individual team members and the development of more effective strategic planning. Assignments delivered include those at management board, middle management and service delivery levels. Sample assignments:
